Paralyzed Veterans of America Buckeye Chapter has unrestricted financial reserves of about $955,000, or approximately 1.7 times the charity’s total operating expenses of $562,817.  Paralyzed Veterans of America Buckeye Chapter works hard to operate in a fiscally responsible manner that typically does not require dipping into these reserves. In the event that it had to do so, the chapter maintains a 5% expenditure policy from its operating reserves to support programs and responsibly plan for future quality of life improvements for Veterans who have spinal cord injury.  This percentage is based on the average market value of the reserves over the previous 12 quarters.
